Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Frontpage Sections >> Homepage Layout.
Frontpage Section Order:
To Drag & Drop items to rearrange the order to show as per the requirement. You can also enable/disable each one of the front page sections just Drag & Drop to Enable/Disable area.
Note: This setting works only for all frontpage sections instead of the slider.
