Interested in sampling food from 30 top Brooklyn restaurants in just one afternoon?
Consider attending the Sept. 7 USA TODAY Wine & Food Experience featuring a host of local and national chefs, food celebrities and, naturally, lots of food, wine, craft beer and spirits along with cooking demos.
The event, now in its second year, runs from 1 to 4 p.m. at LeFrak Center at Lakeside Prospect Park (in Prospect Park, Brooklyn), though VIP ticket holders can get early access at noon.
Among the highlights are appearances by:

- Antoni Porowski of the Netflix series “Queer Eye”
- Food Network’s Chef Alex Guarnaschelli of “Chopped” and executive chef of Butter in NYC
- Winemakers Brie and Nikki Bella of E’s “Total Bellas” and “Total Divas,” and co-founders of Belle Radici of Napa, CA
- Master Sommelier Ian Cauble, featured player in the Netflix cult-classic “SOMM” documentary series

There are a host of packages for various tickets and tasting experiences with the most popular being the $65 per person Grand Tasting Village ($85 for early access). All guests must be 21 or older to attend. There are also ticketed events for special chef sessions.
And, for those who like Martha Stewart, there’s a display and wine sampling by Martha Stewart Wine Co. where guests can enjoy a wine tasting from Stewart’s exclusively curated collection.
