Paws & Care provides professional pet care services including but not limited to:

• Veterinary care and medical services
• Pet grooming and hygiene services
• Pet boarding and daycare

• Emergency pet care services

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellation policy:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

• Cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Payment plans for major procedures (with approval)
• Pet insurance (we'll assist with claims)

5. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet's health and behavior
• Keep vaccinations current as required by law
• Inform us of any aggressive behavior or special needs
• Follow all post-treatment care instructions
• Pay for services in a timely manner

6. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety, you acknowledge that:

• All medical procedures carry inherent risks
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We maintain professional liability insurance

7. Emergency Care

In case of emergency during treatment, we will:

• Attempt to contact you immediately
• Provide necessary emergency care to stabilize your pet
• Transfer to an emergency facility if needed
• You authorize us to provide emergency care when you cannot be reached

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your pet's medical records and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• You fail to follow treatment recommendations
• Your pet poses a danger to staff or other animals
• You violate these terms of service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
