Eligibility for Refund:
- Mistaken Purchases: Please note that refunds are not available for products bought by mistake or accidentally, as we assume you have reviewed the demo before purchase.
- Product Switching: If you opt to switch to a different plugin or theme after purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
- Technical Issues: If you face any operational issues with our products, please contact support first by raising a support ticket and providing a valid reason for the issues encountered. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a full refund will be issued.
- Code Modifications and Third-Party Conflicts: Any issues caused by modifications made to the product’s code by the user, or conflicts arising from third-party themes, plugins, and software will not be eligible for refunds.
- Direct Refund Requests: Direct requests for refunds without going through the proper support channels are not permitted.
Non-Refundable Purchases:
- Customization Service: Please note that once you purchase customization services for our plugin or theme, these services are non-refundable.
- Bundle Purchases: No refunds will be processed for multisite plugins or theme bundles, including business or developer licenses.
- Discounted Items: Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds.
Processing Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Please bear with us as we handle your request with care.
